循证护理对胆囊结石腹腔镜术后疼痛的意义研究

The Significance of Evidence-based Nursing for Postoperative Pain in Laparoscopic Cholecystolithiasis

目的探讨循证护理对胆囊结石腹腔镜术后疼痛的意义。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月在大连市友谊医院就诊的60例囊结石腹腔镜术后患者,随机分组,试验组30例,采取循证护理,对照组30例,采取普通护理。对采取不同护理方式的两组患者效果进行比较。结果试验组各项疼痛观察指标均由于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论对胆囊结石腹腔镜术后患者使用循证护理可以明显缓解术后疼痛情况,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the significance of evidence-based nursing for the postoperative pain of gallbladder stones.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in dalian friendship hospital clinic of 60 cases capsule stones after laparoscopic surgery,random group,30 cases of treatment group take the evidencebased nursing,the control group,30 cases take ordinary care.Compare the effects of two groups of patients with different nursing approaches.Results All the pain observation indexes in the test group were statistically significant (P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The use of evidencebased nursing in patients with cholecystectomy can obviously alleviate the postoperative pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
