综合护理对糖尿病合并症患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Nursing on Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的观察综合护理对糖尿病合并症患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年3月至2017年3月于大连市友谊医院老年病科二病房收治的糖尿病合并症患者60例,采用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规护理,试验组30例,应用综合护理,观察两组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白及合并症复发率变化情况。结果①空腹血糖:对照组(6.75±1.38),试验组:(6.18±1.47);②餐后2 h血糖:对照组(7.31±2.12),试验组(6.76±1.42);③糖化血红蛋白:对照组(6.81±1.58),试验组(6.22±1.41);④合并症率:对照组36.67%,试验组13.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效改善患者血糖控制情况,降低合并症率,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with diabetic complications.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,60 patients with diabetic admitted to the Friendship Hospital of Dalian were enrolled.The control group,were treated with routine nursing and experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing.The fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and the recurrence rate of complications were observed in two groups after treatment.Results ①FBG: control group (6.75±1.38),test group (6.18±1.47);②PBG: test group:(7.31±2.12),test group (6.76±1.42);③HbAlc: control group (6.81±1.58),test group (6.22±1.41);④Recurrence rate: control group 36.67%,test group 13.33%.The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the control of blood glucose,and worth promoting.
