摘要 单逆变器同步双频感应加热电源的输出信号存在严重的耦合问题,为实现双频输出信号的单独调节,文中研究了二极管钳位型逆变器双频输出信号的解耦控制问题。基于逆变器电平非叠加式输出信号的谐波分布特点,提出了采用前馈补偿方法进行输出双频信号的解耦控制。设计了实现解耦控制的前馈补偿器,以逆变器触发角的取值要求为求解约束条件,进行了解耦控制前馈补偿器的分析计算,给出了解耦控制变量的参数取值范围。数值仿真、电路仿真及实验结果验证了文中二极管钳位型逆变器双频信号解耦控制设计的有效性,采用设计的前馈补偿器实现了对双频输出信号的单独调节。 There is a serious coupling problem in the output signal of synchronous dual-frequency induction heating power with single inverter.In order to realize the independent adjustment of the dual-frequency output signal,the decoupling control problem of dual-frequency output signal of diode-clamped inverter was studied in this paper.Based on the harmonic distribution characteristics of the non-superimposed output signal of inverter,a decoupling control method of the output dual-frequency signal was proposed by adopting the feed-forward compensation strategy.The feed-forward compensator was designed to implement decoupling control.With the constraint condition of the trigger angle of the inverter,the feed-forward compensator was analyzed and calculated for implementing decoupling control,and the parameter ranges of the decoupling control variables were given.The numerical simulations,the circuit simulations and the experimental results verified the effectiveness of the decoupling control design for the dual-frequency signal of the diode-clamped inverter.The dual-frequency signal of the inverter can be individually adjusted by adopting the feed-forward compensator designed in this paper.
