小直径药型端面自动涂胶装置的设计与模态分析

摘要 针对目前小直径药型端面涂胶现行人工生产方式劳动强度大、生产工序繁琐等问题,通过将鼓轮与辊轮组合设计了一种自动涂胶装置。鼓轮机构的动态特性对涂胶装置性能具有明显的影响,为避免生产过程中因设备产生共振而造成的不必要损失,采用有限元软件ANSYS对自动涂胶装置中的鼓轮机构进行模态分析。仿真结果表明,鼓轮机构的最小固有频率为705.97Hz,远大于外部激励源的频率50~60Hz,鼓轮机构在工作时不会发生共振。 Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and cumbersome production process in the current manual production mode of small diameter propellant end coating, an automatic gluing device was designed by combining drum wheel and roller wheel. The dynamic characteristics of drum wheel mechanism have obvious influence on the performance of gluing device. In order to avoid unnecessary loss caused by resonance of equipment in production process, the modal analysis of propellant mechanism in automatic gluing device is carried out by using finite element software ANSYS.The simulation results show that the minimum natural frequency of the drum wheel mechanism is 705. 97 Hz,which is much higher than the frequency of the external excitation source of 50.60 Hz, the drum wheel mechanism will not resonate when working.
