摘要 基于电感数字传感器的循迹小车设计,针对传统循迹小车在某些条件下工作存在缺陷,利用LDC1000电感数字传感器外接线圈通过互感效应采集周围电感信号,通过电感数字传感器将所采集的信号发送给单片机,再由单片机控制L298P驱动芯片使小车进行运动,通过线圈采集的信号,使小车沿着一定运动轨迹进行运动,小车在行驶过程中可以检测到运动轨迹上的硬币,同时通过蜂鸣器进行报警,实现小车的循迹和硬币检测功能。采用Nokia5110LCD显示器对小车的实时运动状态进行显示,从显示屏上可以读出小车的运动状态和运行时间。通过基于电感数字传感器的循迹小车设计,可以解决直接接触式智能小车易污染、易损耗和其他非接触式智能车精度不高的缺点。 This design is based on the inductive digital sensor of the tracking car design, for the traditional tracking car under certain conditions, there are defects. using the LDC1000 inductive digital sensor external coil to collect the surrounding inductance signal through the mutual inductance effect, The signal is sent to the single-chip microcomputer, whitch collected by the inductive digital sensor and then the L298P driver chip is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer to make the car move. The signal collected by the coil causes the car to move along a certain motion trajectory, and the car can detect the coins on the motion track while driving, and simultaneously cause alarm of the bee.So we can detect the trackingof the car and coin. The Nokia5110 LCD display is used to display the real-time motion status of the car, and the movement state and running time of the car can be read from the display. Through the design of the tracking digital car based on the inductive digital sensor, it can solve the shortcomings of the direct contact smart car which is easy to be polluted, easy to lose and the accuracy of other non-contact smart cars.
