摘要
近年来,将瑞士球引入核心力量训练中逐渐被教练员和健身者等人认为是提高核心力量和稳定性的一种重要方法。本文通过文献资料法和逻辑推理法,对相关概念和瑞士球在核心力量训练中的应用进行阐述分析,指出当前瑞士球在核心力量训练中存在的问题并提出建议,为教练员和相关研究者提供参考借鉴。近几年,核心力量逐渐受到教练员以及健身爱好者等人的重视。核心力量好坏间接影响着运动员的运动成绩。瑞士球,作为一种锻炼肌肉的辅助器材,教练员等开始认识到瑞士球在核心力量训练中的重要作用。然而,瑞士球在目前的核心力量训练中仍旧缺乏科学的指导。如何正确使用瑞士球,提高身体素质和运动成绩,切实提高核心力量是进行核心力量训练的关键。
In recent years, the introduction of Swiss balls into core strength training has gradually been regarded by coaches and fitness practitioners as an important method to improve core strength and stability. This paper analyzes the related concepts and the application of Swiss ball in core force training by means of literature data method and logic reasoning method, points out the problems existing in the core force training of Swiss ball, and puts forward suggestions for coaches and related researchers to provide reference. In recent years, the core force has gradually received the attention of coaches and fitness enthusiasts. The quality of the core force indirectly affects the athlete's sports performance. Swiss balls, as an auxiliary equipment to exercise muscles, coaches and others began to realize the important role of Swiss balls in core strength training. However, the Swiss ball still lacks scientif ic guidance in the current core strength training. How to use the Swiss ball correctly, improve the physical quality and sports performance, and effectively improve the core strength is the key to the core strength training.
