辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)已经成为现代医学治疗不孕症的首选方法,辅助生殖技术下婴儿的出生率呈逐年上升趋势,同时临床多胎妊娠发生率明显增加,这也是早产发生的重要因素,其预后引起人们极大的关注。辅助生殖技术早产儿预后的影响因素有很多,该文主要对其出生情况、并发症、母亲围生期疾病等方面进行综述。

Assisted reproductive technology(ART) has become the first choice in modern medical treatment of infertility.The birth rate of infants by ART is increasing.Meanwhile, the incidence of multiple pregnancies increased significantly, which is also an important factor in the occurrence of premature birth and great concern has been aroused about its prognosis.There are many factors affecting the prognosis of ART preterm infant.We will review the birth condition, complications, perinatal disease of the mother in ART preterm infants.
