儿童百日咳并发症的研究进展

百日咳是由百日咳鲍特菌引起的一种急性呼吸道传染病。近20年来,多个国家出现了“百日咳再现”。婴儿,特别是年龄<3个月的小婴儿已经成为百日咳感染的高发人群。小婴儿由于对百日咳鲍特菌未产生完全免疫,成为百日咳发生率、住院率及病死率最高的人群。死亡患儿大多是合并了严重的并发症。该文就儿童百日咳并发症的流行病学、治疗进展进行综述。

Pertussis is a contagious respiratory disease caused by Bordetella pertussis.There has been adramatic resurgence of pertussis in many countries over the past two decades.Infants, especially those younger than 3 months old, are at a high risk of pertussis infection.Young infants who are either unvaccinated or partially vaccinated experienced the highest incidence of mobidity, hospitalization, and mortality.Most instances of infant death had serious complications.In order to raise awareness of pertussis-associated complications in children, this review summarizes the recent research progresses in the epidemiology of pertussis-associated complications and treatment.
