仙方活命饮加减辅助治疗儿童髋关节滑膜炎30例临床观察

Clinical observation on modified Xianfang Huoming Yin (仙方活命饮) in adjuvant treatment of 30 cases of synovitis of hip joint in children

目的观察仙方活命饮加减辅助治疗儿童髋关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法将60例髋关节滑膜炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,如患肢皮牵引,口服布洛芬口服液。治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上服用仙方活命饮加减治疗。连续治疗2周后观察2组的临床疗效及治疗1周、2周时髋关节疼痛评分情况。结果对照组总有效率为76.67%,治疗组为93.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗1周、2周时髋关节视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均不同程度降低,且治疗2周时降幅明显大于治疗1周时,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组同期比较,治疗组VAS评分降幅更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论仙方活命饮加减辅助治疗能提高小儿髋关节滑膜炎的临床疗效,降低髋关节疼痛评分,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Xianfang Huoming Yin(仙方活命饮) in adjuvant treatment of synovitis of hip joint in children.Methods Sixty cases with synovitis of hip joint were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment,such as affected limb skin traction,oral ibuprofen oral liquid.The treatment group was given modified Xianfang Huoming Yin on the basis of the control group.After consecutive treatment for 2 weeks,the clinical efficacy and the pain scores of hip joint of the 2 groups were observed at 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate was 76.67% in the control group and 93.33% in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the same group before treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of hip joint in the two groups decreased to different degrees at 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the extent of decrease at 2 weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that of 1 week of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease extent of VAS scores of the treatment group was more significant compared with that of the control group for the corresponding period,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xianfang Huoming Yin can improve the clinical efficacy of synovitis of hip joint, decrease pain scores of hip joint,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
