通中散联合西药治疗胃脘痛脾胃湿热证的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of Tongzhong powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of epigastric pain and spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome

目的观察通中散联合西药治疗胃脘痛脾胃湿热证的临床效果。方法将102例胃脘痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。观察组口服通中散治疗,同时口服泮托拉唑肠溶片及硫糖铝凝胶,对照组口服泮托拉唑肠溶片及硫糖铝凝胶治疗。比较2组证候疗效、治疗前后主要症状积分、服药后胃镜下疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组证候总有效率为96. 08%,高于对照组的84. 31%(P <0. 05);治疗后,2组各症状积分较治疗前均下降(P <0. 01);治疗后,在舌红苔黄腻、口干苦、大便不爽症状改善方面,观察组优于对照组,(P <0. 01);在胃脘疼痛、纳差方面,2组治疗后积分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组胃镜总有效率为92. 16%,高于对照组的76. 47%(P <0. 05); 2组治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论通中散是治疗胃脘痛的有效方药。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongzhong powder combined with western medicine on epigastric pain,spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome.Methods 102 cases of epigastric pain were randomly divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole Enteric-Coated tablets and sucralfate gel,while the observation group was treated with Tong Zhong San on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of two groups of syndromes,the scores of main symptoms before and after treatment,the efficacy of gastroscopy after taking medicine and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of syndrome in the observation group was 96.08%,higher than 84.31% in the control group( P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment( P < 0.01).After treatment,the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of red tongue coating,yellow greasy,dry mouth and discomfort of stool( P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in stomach pain and poor appetite between the two groups after treatment( P > 0.05).The total effective rate of gastroscopy in the observation group was 92.16%,higher than 76.47% in the control group( P <0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion Tongzhong Powder is an effective prescription for the treatment of epigastric pain.
