中国汉族人群PNPLA3 rs738409 SNP与原发性肝癌的相关性

The association of PNPLA3 rs738409 SNP with primary hepatocellular carcinoma in chinese Han population

目的研究中国汉族人群PNPLA3 rs738409 SNP与原发性肝癌发病的相关性。方法 217例原发性肝癌患者作为病例组,164名健康人作为对照组。病例组分为乙肝后肝癌组、丙肝后肝癌组及酒精性肝病后肝癌组。采用RT-PCR方法检测PNPLA3 rs738409位点的SNP。结果与对照组相比,病例组中PNPLA3 rs738409 G等位基因型频率明显升高(OR=9.313,P=0.002),其中乙肝后肝癌组及酒精性肝病后肝癌组与对照组的差异均有统计学意义(P分别为0.01及0.009)。结论 PNPLA3 rs738409 SNP在中国汉族人群中与乙肝后肝癌、酒精性肝病后肝癌的发生具有相关性。

Objective To study the association of PNPLA3 rs738409 SNP with primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods A case-control study was conducted in 217 patients with primary liver cancer and 164 healthy people as the control group. According to the etiology, the case group was divided into three groups: hepatitis B virus-related hepatic carcinoma group,hepatitis C virus-related hepatic carcinoma group,alcoholic liver disease-related hepatic carcinoma group.PNPLA3 rs738409 gene polymorphism was detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results Compared with the control group, the frequency of PNPLA3 rs738409 G allele was significantly higher in the case group than in the control group (OR=9.313, P=0.002). There was significant difference between the hepatitis B virus-related hepatic carcinoma group and the alcoholic liver disease-related hepatic carcinoma group and the control group (P=0.01 and 0.009, respectively). Conclusion PNPLA3 rs738409 gene polymorphism is associated with the occurrence of post-hepatitis B hepatic carcinoma and the post-alcoholic liver disease hepatic carcinoma in Han Chinese population.
