摘要
天疱疮是一组由表皮细胞松解引起的自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病。天疱疮免疫介导的病理机制是多种因素参与的,目前具体发病机制仍不清楚。研究表明天疱疮的发病机制涉及桥粒芯蛋白-3和胆碱能受体,目前研究证实氧化应激(抗氧化/氧化失衡)在天疱疮的发病过程中也发挥了重要作用,为探讨天疱疮发病机制及治疗提供了新的思路。该文对氧化应激在天疱疮发病机制中的研究进展进行综述。
Pemphigus is a group of autoimmune bullous skin diseases caused by acantholysis. The immune-mediated pathological mechanism of pemphigus is multifactorial and not fully understood. Previous studies have shown that the pathogenesis of pemphigus involves desmosome core protein-3 and cholinergic receptors. Current studies have confirmed that oxidative stress(antioxidant/oxidative disequilibrium) also plays an important role in the pathogenesis of pemphigus, which provides a new way to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of pemphigus. This article reviews the research progress of oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of pemphigus.
