摘要
如何对区域综合能源系统(regional integrated energy system,RIES)进行科学有效的评估是发展RIES亟需解决的问题。为此,文章提出一种基于物元可拓模型的RIES综合效益评价模型。首先,对RIES的多参与主体的利益关系进行分析,并在此基础上建立了涵盖政府、电网、RIES投资运营商、用户多主体利益驱动的RIES综合效益评价指标体系,其指标反映了RIES的能源、环境、经济、安全等特性。其次,对于该指标体系存在的多主体利益相矛盾、指标值易受不确定性因素影响的特点,提出一种集值迭代法与反熵权法主客观组合赋权的物元可拓评估决策模型,以实现对RIES综合效益的定量评价。最后,通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
The issue of effective and objective evaluation of regional integrated energy system (RIES) is critical to the development of RIES. On this account,a comprehensive evaluation model of RIES based on matter element extension is proposed in this paper. A comprehensive evaluation index system which covers the benefits of government,main grid,investment operator,and customers is designed. The indices reflect energy,environment,economy,technology,reliability performance of RIES. On the above basis,the matter element extension model with set valued iteration-anti entropy combined weighting method is established to achieve quantitative and comprehensive evaluation of RIES planning schemes.Case study proves the effectiveness of the evaluation model.
