摘要
直流功率回降是为保护直流设备安全运行或维持系统稳定而将功率降至安全运行范围内的一种措施,引起直流功率回降问题的因素有多种,介绍±800 kV特高压直流工程引发功率回降的因素、相应的动作原理及动作后果,分析控保系统功率回降的实现方法,提出在发生功率回降的情况时及正常运行情况防止功率回降误操作的注意事项,为换流站运行维护相关工作提供参考。
DC power downhill is a measure to protect the DC equipment from overload or to maintain the stability of the system by reducing the power to a safe operating range.There are many situations requiring DC power downhill.In this paper,the factors are summarized and introduced that requires power downhill in a ± 800 kV UHVDC project.The relationship between these factors and power downhill and the consequence of the actions are discussed.The implementation methods of the power downhill of the control and protection system are also introduced.The precautions and the prevention methods for improper power downhill are proposed.A reference for the operations engineer working at the converter station is provided.
