烯酰吗啉对苦瓜的安全性评价及对苦瓜霜霉病的防效研究

摘要 为了明确烯酰吗牀对苦瓜的安全性及对苦瓜霜霉病的防效,开展50%烯酰吗牀可湿性粉剂对苦瓜的安全性测定和五地防治苦瓜霜霉病的田间药效试验,用量150、300、450g a.i/hm^2施药3次药后10d最高防效在80%以上,施药2次药后10d最高防效为71.9%。药后14d植株生长速率抑制率为-3.07%.-135.88%、落花增加率为-7.35%.-47.38%;450、900ga.i/hm^2对苦瓜无药害。50%烯酰吗咻可湿性粉剂对苦瓜生长、开花无抑制作用,安全。用量300、450g a. i/hm^2喷雾3次,间隔7d,能有效减轻霜霉病的危害。 In order to determine the safety of climethomorph to balsam pears and its control effect to downy mildew, the tests on safety evaluation of diniethomoiph to balsam pears and efficacy to balsam pears downy mildew in 5 sites were caniecl out. The obtained highest control effect was more than 80% 10d after spraying 3 times and 71.9% after spraying 2 times at all the application rates of 150, 300 and 450g a. i/hm^2The inhabitcition rates were - 3. 07%.-135. 88%, and the flower drop rate was increased by -7. 35%.-47. 38% 14d after treatment. No damage to balsam pears was observed when treated at the rate of 450 and 900g a. i/hm^2. It can be concluded that diniethoniorph 50% WP is safe to balsam pears while con trolling balsam pears downy mildew effectively by spraying 3 times at 300 and 450g a. i/hm^2 with an interval of 7 days.
