On the Power System of University Development

大学作为多参数、多目标的复杂组织机构,需要构建有效的动力系统促进自身的发展与变革。基于对大学本质和运行轨迹的分析,大学稳定发展的动力系统包括大学的条件、制度、文化、环境和效益系统。研究大学发展的动力系统,对理清大学发展的内外部动力因素;探索大学如何充分发挥其动力系统功能;推动大学遵循发展历史、发展现状及文化传统;保障大学按照高等教育规律科学、健康和可持续的发展,均具有重要的理论和现实意义。

As a complex organization with multiple parameters and objectives,universities need to build an effective power system to promote their own development and change. Based on the analysis of the nature and running track of the university,the dynamic system of the steady development of the university includes the conditions,the system,the culture,the environment and the benefit system of the university.This paper studies the dynamic system of university development. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the internal and external dynamic factors of university development,to explore how the university can give full play to its power system function,to promote the university to follow the development history,the development present situation and the cultural tradition,and to ensure the scientific,healthy and sustainable development of universities in accordance with the laws of higher education.
