案件视频画面目标的测量技术研究

摘要 犯罪嫌疑人经过有监控的地方必然会被记录下影像信息,而夜间视频因光线条件较差,犯罪嫌疑人伪装作案、反侦查意识强等因素的影响,往往造成无法从视频中直接识别出犯罪嫌疑人的相貌和车牌等特征。此时,可利用视频画面目标的轮廓信息结合测量技术,获取犯罪嫌疑人的身高、体态、步幅、摆臂,嫌疑车辆车速、车型等相关内容,为案件侦办提供线索,缩小侦查范围,提高破案效率。 When a criminal suspect passes through the places installed with video surveillance systems, his/her image information is bound to be recorded. Due to the factors such as poor lighting conditions, disguise and strong antiinvestigation awareness of the criminal suspect, it is often impossible to directly identify the suspect’s appearance and license plate from the night video. In this case, we can use the target’s contour information in the surveillance video,combine with the measurement techniques, to obtain the criminal suspect’s height, posture, stride, and swing arm, the speed and model of the suspected vehicle, and other related contents, thus providing clues for the case investigation,narrowing the investigation scope, and improving the efficiency of solving crimes.
