摘要
目的:观察黄体酮联合保胎无忧片对仔鼠生长发育和学习记忆的影响。方法:将已受孕鼠随机分为空白对照组、黄体酮0.3g/kg组、保胎无忧片5g/kg组、黄体酮联合保胎无忧片(0.3+5)g/kg组。观察实验各组药物干预后母鼠一般情况、体重、分娩及哺乳情况;观察仔鼠的体重、生理发育、新生反射,采用Morris水迷宫检测仔鼠学习记忆能力,采用自发活动视频分析系统检测仔鼠自发活动情况,透射电镜观察仔鼠海马CA1区神经元和髓鞘超微结构。结果:与空白对照组比较,黄体酮联合保胎无忧片组可显著提高仔鼠体重;其余指标未见明显差异。结论:黄体酮(0.3 g/kg)联合保胎无忧片(5 g/kg)对仔鼠生长发育和学习记忆未见明显不良影响。
Objective: To observe the effect of Baotaiwuyoupian( BWP) combined with progesterone on the growth and development and learning and memory ability in newborn rats. Methods: The pregnant rats were randomized divided into the control group,0. 3 g/kg progesterone group,5 g/kg BWP group,and the combined medication( 5 g/kg BWP and 0. 3 g/kg progesterone) group. After the administration,the general condition,body weight and delivery-lactation condition in pregnant rats were observed. Meanwhile,the body weight,physical development,newborn reflect condition of newborn rats were observed. The learning and memory ability was determined by Morris water maze,and the spontaneous activity was detected by spontaneous activity video analyzer. The ultrastructure of neuron and myelin sheath in CA1 region of the Hippocampus was observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: Compared with the control group,the body weight of newborn rats was significantly increased in the combined medication group. There was no significant difference in other indicators among groups. Conclusion: There is no harmful impacts of Baotaiwuyoupian( 5 g/kg) combined with progesterone( 0. 3 g/kg) on the growth and development and learning and memory ability in newborn rats.
