摘要
目的评价自主参与型性健康教育模式在高一学生中运行的效果。方法 2017年7—9月,选择淮安和无锡各一所中学为项目点,采用整群抽样选择高一学生,实施自主参与型性健康教育。自行设计调查问卷,于干预前及干预后3个月发放,从参与者性健康相关知识、态度等方面评价干预效果。结果干预前共收集有效问卷993份,干预后共收集有效问卷955份。较干预前,干预后两所中学的高一学生的各项知识回答正确率显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。"安全套能有效预防艾滋病"的了解,淮安高一学生的知晓情况从60.01%上升到83.79%,无锡高一学生的知晓情况从77.70%上升到84.13%;对性相关理念和艾滋病病毒感染者的理解程度明显提高,对于"认为艾滋病的流行和自己很有关系且自己很关心"这个问题,淮安高一学生的占比从30.1%增加到38.1%,无锡高一学生的占比从19.4%增长到34.2%。活动形式受到学生的普遍欢迎,活动评价中对引导员给予较高的认可。结论自主参与型性健康教育模式在高中新生群体中取得了良好的效果,参与者的艾滋病相关知识有了解与提升,态度有所改善。该模式是在现有教育制度下的性健康教育的尝试,其运营根据当地高中学校、政府等的状态而调整,需要多方配合。
Objective To evaluate the effect of "self-participation" sexual health education model among high school students. Methods From Jul to Sept 2017, a high school was selected both in Huai’an and Wuxi as the project sites to implement the "self-participation sexual health education. Questionnaires were designed and distributed before and three months after the intervention to evaluate the effect of the intervention in terms of participants’ sexual health knowledge and attitudes. Results A total of 993 valid questionnaires were collected before the intervention, and 955 after the intervention. The correct answer rate of the knowledge among the high school students was significantly higher than that before the intervention, with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05). The awareness rate of "the condom can effectively prevent AIDS" among the high school freshmen rose from 60.01% to 83.79% in Huai’an, and from 77.70% to 84.13% in Wuxi. The understanding of sexual concept and HIV-infected people was significantly improved. Regarding the question that "the AIDS epidemic is very relevant to me and I am very concerned about it", the proportion increased from 30.1% to 38.1% in Huai’an, and from 19.4% to 34.2% in Wuxi. The self-participation intervention was generally welcome by the students, and the facilitators of the intervention were scored 9.50±1.05 and 9.74±0.88 respectively. Conclusion The implementation of "self-participation" sexual health education has achieved good results, and improved the awareness of AIDS-related knowledge among middle school students and as well as their attitudes. This model is an exploration of sexual health education under the existing education system and its operation needs to adapt to the local situations of high schools, with cooperation and coordination of relevant parties.
