高压氧技术治疗急性化脓性根尖周炎的疗效观察 被引量:2

Clinical Efficacy of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on the Treatment of Acute Suppurative Periapical Periodontitis

摘要 探讨高压氧技术(Hyperbaric oxygen therapy,HBOT)在治疗急性化脓性根尖周炎的临床疗效。选取2016年8月~2018年8月接诊的60例患者,均为急性化脓性根尖周炎为研究对象,按照数字随机法分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组予以高压氧治疗、抗菌药物和开髓及切开脓肿引流治疗,对照组则予以抗菌药物和开髓及切开脓肿引流治疗。治疗后将两组临床疗效进行比较评价,结果治疗组的症状缓解,脓液渗出,组织水肿消退时间明显短于对照组,术后平均脓肿消退时间治疗组为(2. 56±1. 34) d,对照组为(4. 83±1. 73) d,发现治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。高压氧综合治疗在急性化脓性根尖周炎上可以有效促进脓肿消退,迅速控制感染,减少炎症反应,为临床治疗急性化脓性根尖周炎提供了新的选择。 To study the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT)on the treatment of acute suppurative periapical periodontitis,60 patients with acute suppurative periapical periodontitis who were treated from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as study subjects,and were divided randomly into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Hyperbaric oxygen treatment,antibacterial drugs and drainage treatment of open pulp and open abscess were given to the treatment group.Just antibacterial drugs,open pith and open abscess drainage treatment were given to the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after treatment.In the treatment group,with the symptom relief and the pus exudation,the tissue edema regression time was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The mean postoperative abscess regression time was(2.56±1.34)days,and the control group was(4.83±1.73)days,and the total treatment efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.All of the differences had significant difference(P<0.05).The application of HBOT in the treatment of acute suppurative periapical periodontitis can effectively promote abscess regression,quickly control infection and reduce inflammatory response,which provides a new choice for clinical treatment of acute suppurative periapical periodontitis.
