农产品加工企业技术创新能力与影响因素分析——基于吉林省30户农产品加工业龙头企业的调查 被引量:16

An Empirical Study on Technical Innovation Capabilities and Influence Factors of Agricultural Product Processing Enterprises——Based on the Investigation of 30 Key Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprises in Jilin Province

摘要 利用密切值法,通过构建相应的评价指标体系,采用农产品加工业大省——吉林省的30户龙头企业的调查数据,对农产品加工企业的技术创新能力及影响因素进行分析。研究表明,不同企业间的技术创新能力差距较大,农产品深加工企业的技术创新能力普遍高于初级加工企业。农产品加工不同行业间企业的技术创新能力不同,特产品加工企业的技术创新能力高于畜产品加工企业和粮食加工企业;农产品加工企业技术创新能力的外部影响因素主要有政府财政补贴、技术创新支持政策、知识产权保护政策和减免税政策,内部影响因素主要有管理层的重视和支持,技术创新的资金投入水平,技术人员的素质、数量和积极性。因此,政府和企业应共同发力,提高农产品加工企业技术创新能力。 Based on the survey data of 30 leading enterprises in Jilin province(one of China’s main agricultural product processing provinces),an empirical study on the technical innovation capabilities and influencing factors of agricultural product processing enterprises is conducted using osculating value method through constructing the corresponding evaluation index system.The research shows that there are great differences in technological innovation capability among different enterprises,the technical innovation capabilities of deep processing agricultural product enterprises are generally higher than that of early-stage processing enterprises;the level of technological innovation ability of enterprises in different industries is different,special product processing enterprises perform better than that of livestock product and grain processing enterprises in innovation capabilities.The external influencing factors mainly include government subsidies and policies on technical innovation support,intellectual property protection and tax reduction and exemption.The internal influence factors mainly include the attention and support of management,the level of capital investment in technological innovation,and the quality,quantity and enthusiasm of technicians.Therefore,the government and enterprise should make joint efforts to improve the technological innovation capability of agricultural product processing enterprises.
