摘要
合肥星泓金融城B01号楼为B级高度办公及商业类公共建筑,采用了钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,结构同时具有扭转不规则、承载力突变、局部穿层柱和楼板不连续等不规则项。对该工程的基础设计、沉降分析、结构体系、抗震性能目标、专项分析以及主要抗震措施进行了介绍,采用SATWE和MIDAS Building两个程序对结构进行了小震下弹性反应谱和弹性时程分析,补充了中震弹性和不屈服验算,并采用SAUSAGE程序进行了罕遇地震下的弹塑性动力时程分析。结果表明,基础设计安全可靠,结构各项性能均能达到预定的抗震性能目标,结构体系合理可行。
The reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system is adopted for the Tower B01 in Hefei Xinghong Finance City which is a B level high-rise public building comprising offices and businesses.The structure has some irregular items,such as torsional irregularity,discontinuity in bearing capacity,columns beyond several floors and discontinuous floor.The basic design,settlement analysis,structural system,seismic performance objectives,special analysis and main seismic measures are introduced.Two programs of SATWE and MIDAS Building are used to conduct elastic response spectrum analysis and elastic time history analysis under the frequent earthquake,and elastic analysis and non-yielding calculation under the fortification earthquake are supplemented.And elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under rare earthquake is carried out by SAUSAGE program.The results show that the foundation design is safe and reliable,and all performances of the structure can achieve respected performance-based seismic design objectives.The structural system is reasonable and feasible.
