摘要
新浪总部办公楼主楼地下三层地上六层,建筑主楼屋面标高27.300m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-钢支撑结构体系。地下及地上未设置伸缩缝,外围尺寸199.2m×91.2m,是典型的平面超长结构。结构的水平温差效应大,需要进行水平温度效应分析。通过对升温和降温两种情况进行计算,得到楼板内温度应力等值线图,经分析楼板的降温工况起决定性作用。根据应力分析结果,采用对楼板增配预应力钢筋并对部分楼板进行加厚、双层双向拉通配筋、提高楼板配筋率、加大次梁的腰筋直径、混凝土低温入模与低温养护、使混凝土终凝时温度尽量降低等措施。
The main building of Sina Headquarters has three floors underground and six floors above ground,the roof elevation of the main building is 27.300 m,and the reinforced concrete frame-steel braced structure system is adopted.There is no expansion joint in the underground and overground parts.The building is a typical plane overlength structure which overall dimension is 199.2 m×91.2 m.Because the total height of the building is less than 100 m,the vertical temperature variation effect of the structure is not significant,but the horizontal temperature variation effect is large.So it is necessary to analyze the horizontal temperature variation effect.By calculating the temperature rising and cooling conditions,the isogram of temperature stress in the floor is obtained,and the cooling conditions of the floor are analyzed to play a decisive role.According to the analysis,some structural measures should be made,such as adding the pre-stressed steel bars in some slabs,thickening some slabs,placing double-deck two-way tension reinforcement in some slabs,increasing the diameter of waist reinforcement in secondary beams,and making the concrete molded and cured at low temperature to minimize the temperature at the end of concrete setting.
