基于数据的校本教研助力教师专业发展研究 被引量:15

The Relationship between School-based Teaching and Teacher Professional Development Based on Education Data Analysis

摘要 随着教育教学理念的变革以及信息技术的发展,基于教育大数据的课堂教学行为分析系统越多越来多的被在校本教研中使用。教学行为、教学模式、学生课堂效率等以往难以统计和衡量的数据得以被计算机自动化处理分析。通过对发生在课堂活动中教师和学生的行为进行研究,找出其中的变化规律,为教师的个性化发展提供数据支撑。该文探讨了教学数据的范畴与特征,同时对其分析方法以及实施途径,如基于数据的校本教研模式进行了具体阐述。 With the change of teaching philosophy and the development of information technology,more and more classroom teaching behavior analysis systems based on educational big data are used in school-based teaching research.Teaching behavior,teaching models,studying efficiency,and other data that were difficult to measure in the past can be automated and analyzed by computer.It is important to find out the change regularity and provide data support for the individualized development of teachers through the behaviors of teachers and students in the classroom activities.This paper explores the scope and characteristics of education data,and elaborates analysis methods and implementation approaches such as the school-based teaching and research model based on data.
