关键词与文学研究

学术意义的呈现有赖于语言定位、描述和论证三者的有机结合。当代中国人文学术,包括外国文学研究,主要是以现代汉语进行陈述,其中包括经由翻译引介的关键词。这些关键词的历史性出场与研究议题的借鉴和批评实践有关。由于关键词连接了研究范围中的理论支点,成为确定范围的话语前提并构成共享条件下的话语指向,所以,关键词不仅形成了学术共同体的认知条件,而且以此带来了文学研究的生产性。本文指出,关键词的内涵和语义具有历史性,而且总是位于某种经验世界的认知序列之中,因而对于关键词的引介和运用需要在跨文化理解中加以重新定位;那种表层硬译或生造所谓的“新词”,就可能掩盖认知盲点并置换人文学术的思想性。关键词与文学研究的关联值得充分重视。

The representation of academic significance within the humanities lies in the usage of language for location,description and argument.The current scholarship in the Chinese humanities,including foreign literary studies,is based on the modem Chinese as its statement,which involves a number of translated keywords.Those words are closely related to the topics and critical modes transplanted from the international academia.To certain extent,such keywords underpin the theoretical points and network so that they form the premise and direction of discourse within the research scope.Therefore keywords not only function as the cognitive condition but also inspire productivity of literary studies as well.The author points out that the connotation and semantic meaning of keywords are historical and they are,as always,located in the cognitive sequence order in terms of epistemology.As a result,the keywords are to be relocated with cross-cultural perspectives whenever being translated or introduced.Consequently the groundless translation without relative studies for the so-called "new terms" would enlarge the cognitive gap or even misplace the underlying thought.The relation between keywords and literary studies ought to be taken into consideration.
