摘要
合理的结构体系和抗震性能设计是超高层建筑结构设计的关键。扬中金源大广场2#楼采用典型的部分框支剪力墙结构体系,建筑高度为118.5m,为高度B级的超限高层建筑;同时存在高度超限、扭转不规则、刚度突变、构件间断4项不规则项。首先介绍了场地条件、基础设计和结构选型,讨论了结构超限情况,在上述基础上,确定了结构抗震性能目标;随后开展了多遇地震作用下的弹性分析、设防地震和罕遇地震作用下的关键构件验算与弹塑性分析,在各个水准地震作用下,结构各项性能指标均能达到预期抗震性能目标的要求;最后,针对高度、扭转和刚度突变等超限问题,提出了计算与设计措施。
Proper structural system and performance-based seismic design are the key issues in designing super high-rise building structures.No.2 Tower of Yangzhong Jinyuan Square adopts partial frame-supported shear walls structure system,which is B-grade out-of-code high-rise building with architectural height of 1 i 8.5m.There are four irregular items in the building,including height exceeding code limitation,torsional irregularity,abrupt change in stiffness and component discontinuity.Firstly,the site conditions,foundation design and structural form selection were introduced and out-of-code conditions of the structure were discussed,on the basis of which the seismic performance objectives were ascertained.Then the elastic analysis under frequent earthquake,the elastic-plastic analysis and key components checking under fortification and rare earthquakes were carried out.Under every seismic effect level,all the performance indexes could meet the expected seismic performance targets.Lastly,according to the out-of-code issues in height,torsion and stiffness,the calculation and design measures were proposed.
