摘要
目的幼儿CC睡眠评分不高、夜间觉醒较多,为促进CC睡眠质量的提升。方法 24 h佩戴智能手环,对CC运动与睡眠情况进行4个月数据跟踪,包括运动与睡眠相关的量化数据、文字描述记录情况。通过统计分组运动步数与能量消耗睡眠评分≥83分为临界点。结果睡眠评分≥83,运动步数(14 732.98±4 616.173),能量消耗(549.05±224.440)k,深度睡眠睡时长为(169.42±36.761)min。夜间觉醒≤2次,白日睡眠参考时长为(74.83±44.498)min。跟踪92 d中,82 d睡眠有觉醒,其中2次以上异常为48 d。总觉醒254次,127次觉醒与快速眼动(睡梦)有关。结论合理运动可以促进幼儿睡眠评分,无法干预快速眼动后觉醒的状况,快速眼动觉醒后的肢体与语言表现受梦境影响。与梦游症状对比分析,身体觉醒、神智睡眠的状态,受白日情绪影响居多,属睡梦状态下潜意识表达。浅睡眠后觉醒127次,幼儿整体睡眠唤醒阈较低。
Objective To better promote the improvement of infant sleep quality. Methods Wearing a smart bracelet for 24 hours, the infant movement and sleep were trackedfor 4 months, including quantitative data related to exercise and sleep, and text description records. By statistical grouping of the number of steps and energy consumption, the sleep score ≥83 was the critical point. Results The sleep score was ≥83, the number of exercise steps was(14732.98±4616.173),the energy consumption was(549.05±224.440)k, and the length of deep sleep was(169.42±36.761)min. Night awakening was-2 times;the time of daytime sleep reference was(74.83 ± 44.498) min.Totally 82 days/92 days had sleep awakening,of which there were 48 days with more than 2 abnormalities. The total awakening was 254 times, and 127 awakenings were related to the rapid eye movement(sleeping). Conclusion The reasonable exercise can promote the sleep score of infants, but can not interfere with the state of wakefulness after rapid eye movement. The limbs and language performance after rapid eye movement awakening are affected by dreams. Compared with the sleepwalking symptoms, it is a state of physical awakening and mental sleep. It is mostly influenced by daytime emotions and is a subconscious expression in sleep state. After a light sleep of127 times, the overall sleep awakening threshold of young children is lower.
