摘要
为了实现大功率无级变速器在运行过程中输出速度适时可调,文中通过一套特定调速机构的设计,达到了适时调节曲柄长度的目的。对调速机构进行结构设计,采用新型斜面拉杆式曲柄调速方法,通过对特殊空心主轴的设计,使其与斜面拉杆相作用,能够实现不停机调速和速度可以调到最低值零。为配合双输出无级变速器的结构形式,文中设计考虑到两项并联同时输出。通过ADAMS仿真分析,其结果表明该结构不仅能满足大功率无级调速的要求,同时曲柄长度呈线性稳定变化,为后续调速机构部分的刻度分度打下了基础。
In order to ensure that the output speed of the high-power step-less transmission during operation can be adjusted in a timely manner,a speed-regulating mechanism featuring the adjustable crank length is developed.For the mechanism,the structural design is conducted,and the new speed-regulating method based on the cant draw-bar crank is applied;the special hollow spindle interacts with the cant draw-bar,thus constantly regulating the speed and ensuring that the speed can be adjusted to zero-the lowest level.In order to match the structure of the double-output step-less transmission,two parallel items are output simultaneously.The result obtained from the ADAMS simulation analysis indicate that this mechanism is well suited to the high-power step-less transmission,and the crank length,liner as it is,changes steadily,which lay the foundation for the graduation of the follow-up speed structure.
