摘要 针对某型车辆从原地静止状态到开始运动时,离合器主、从动盘从分离状态到结合成一个整体过程中,节气门开度α及压紧机构压紧时间tc对滑磨功的变化程度及趋势进行了理论探讨,利用Simulation X软件对发动机和离合器等部件进行建模仿真,模拟某型车辆在起步工况下离合器滑磨功的产生及变化趋势,进而使某型车辆在其离合器设计、校核时,对其滑磨功的控制提供一定的理论依据。 In this paper,the theoretical analysis is conducted on the changes and the corresponding trend of the throttle opening degree α and the pressing mechanism’s pressing time tcon the frictional work,during the auto-starting process when the clutch’s main and auxiliary driven discs are separated and then combined into a whole frame.The Simulation X software is applied to simulate the engine,clutch and other components,so as to explore the generation and changing trend of the clutch’s frictional work during the auto-starting process.This provides certain theoretical basis for the control of frictional work in terms of the clutch’s design and development.
