路面激励试验台设计与性能试验 被引量:2

摘要 为再现车辆行驶过程中的不同路面激励,分析不同减振器在不同路面激励条件下的振动特性,针对单轮1/4车辆悬架系统,设计了一种电液式路面激励试验台。首先,通过理论分析确定了正弦激励、随机激励和脉冲激励3种常用的激励形式的设计要求和设计目标,然后据此对试验台的性能参数进行了计算,并在完成了试验台的结构设计后进行了样机的研制。最后,分别在空载条件下和满载条件下,对试验台的性能进行了测试,试验结果表明:同空载情况相比,满载条件下目标激励位移与实际位移之间的误差略大,但总体来看,影响很小,试验台能够较好地再现3种目标路面激励。 In order to reproduce different types of road excitation in the course of vehicle driving and explore the vibration property of different dampers under different road conditions,in this paper,an electro-hydraulic road-excitation test bench is developed,which is suitable for the quarter of vehicle suspension system.Firstly,based on the theoretical analysis,the design requirements and targets are set forth for the three types of commonly-used excitation-sine excitation,random excitation,and bump excitation.Secondly,based on this,the related parameters are calculated;a prototype is produced based on the structural design.Finally,the performance test is conducted under the unload and full-load conditions.The results show that compared with the unload condition,the full-load errors between the actual displacement and the targeted displacement are larger,but generally speaking,the effect is minor,and the test bench can well reproduce the three types of road excitation.
