摘要
基于压型钢板-轻骨料混凝土组合板受弯试验及有限元分析,研究了压型钢板厚度、组合板厚度及钢板强度等因素对组合板受弯承载力的影响。探究了栓钉的组合效应及压型钢板与轻骨料混凝土交界面之间的相对滑移问题,针对带栓钉的组合板,提出了考虑压型钢板和轻骨料混凝土之间黏结滑移的抗弯承载力计算式。
Based on the bending test and finite element analysis of the profiled steel sheet and lightweight aggregate concrete composite slabs, the effects of the thickness of the profiled steel sheet, the thickness of the composite slab and the steel grade on the flexural capacity of the composite slabs were studied. The effects of the end studs and the relative slip on the interface between the profiled steel sheet and the lightweight aggregate concrete were considered. For the composite slabs with end studs, the flexural capacity calculation formula considering the relative slip between the profiled steel sheet and the lightweight aggregate concrete was proposed.
