大跨度体内钢索预应力拱形桁架结构建造技术 被引量:4

摘要 吉安体育中心游泳馆屋盖采用拱形大跨度体内钢索预应力拱形桁架钢结构,钢结构屋盖施工前下部混凝土结构已施工完成。根据现场条件和钢结构设计特点,按照首先在地面完成各榀桁架拼装并敷设钢索、接着在跨外布置2台履带吊通过多次抬吊进行空中搬运就位、然后进行体内钢索张拉、再完成悬挑桁架安装、直至完成轻质复合金属屋面围护结构的流程进行施工。工程实践证明:该建造技术安全可靠、质量有保障、经济合理、充分发挥了钢结构特别是预应力钢结构优异的力学性能。 The roof of the swimming hall of Ji’an Sports Center adopted the long-span prestressed arch steel truss structure with steel cable embedded in the body, and the construction of the lower concrete structure has been completed beforehand. According to the field conditions and the steel structure design features, the construction process was described as follows: firstly, the construction units completed the struss installation and laid the steel cables;secondly, the double cranes lifting technology were employed and air handling technology to install the struss into the preset position, thirdly, the internal cable tensioning was carried out and the cantilever truss installation was conducted, and finally the construction units completed the construction of the cover of the light composite metal roof. The engineering practice indicated that the construction technology was safe and reliable, quality-guaranteed, cost-effective, and allowed full play to the perfect mechanical properties of steel structure, especially the prestressed steel structure.
