游离腓骨瓣修复上肢骨缺损9例

摘要 目的游离腓骨瓣移植修复骨缺损的临床应用。分析腓动脉口径粗且蒂长,腓骨形态恒定,长度充分,穿支血供来源可靠。自2016年10月至2018年9月,应用游离腓骨瓣修复骨缺损9例,其中男7例,女2例,年龄25~50岁,平均37岁;车祸伤4例、机器挤压伤5例。结果 9例完全修复成功。平均随访6个月,皮瓣及骨质愈合良好,肢体功能恢复良好。结论应用游离腓骨瓣修复骨缺损,方法可靠,既修复骨缺损,又为骨折愈合提供了血供,功能恢复满意,是一种治疗骨缺损的理想手术方法。 Objective To study the clinical application of free fibular flap transplantation in repairing bone defect. Methods The peroneal artery was of large diameter and long pedicle,constant fibula morphology,sufficient length and reliable blood supply source. From October 2016 to September 2018,9 cases of bone defects were repaired with free fibula flap, including 7 males and 2 females,aged 25-50 years with an average age of 37 years. There were 4 traffic accident injuries and 5 machine extrusion injuries. Results 9 cases were successfully repaired. The mean follow-up was more than 3 months. The skin flap and bone healed well and the limb function recovered well. Conclusion The application of free fibula flap to repair the bone defect is reliable,not only to repair the bone defect,but also to provide blood supply for fracture healing,and to restore the function satisfactorily.
