开槽植骨结合锁定钢板治疗四肢长骨再骨折临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of slotted bone graft combined with locking plate in the treatment of long bone re-fracture of extremities

目的探讨开槽植骨结合锁定钢板^([3])治疗四肢长骨再骨折的^([4])临床疗效。方法选取2016年4月-2018年4月我院收治的四肢长骨再骨折患者110例,对其进行回顾性分析,根据不同治疗方法将患者分为两组,每组患者均为55例,对照组采取钢板锁定治疗,研究组在钢板锁定治疗的基础上结合开槽植骨治疗,术后医护人员对所有患者的功能锻炼进行指导,医学影像学观察患者的恢复情况,并随访评定患者的相关并发症发生率。结果研究组治疗有效率96.4%优于对照组治疗有效率83.6%(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为16.4%低于对照组并发症发生率49.1%(P<0.05)。^([5])结论使用开槽植骨结合锁定钢板对四肢长骨骨折患者进行治疗,能够有效提高患者的四肢长骨再骨折的治疗效果,减少患者的并发症的发生率,值得在临床上广泛使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of slotted bone graft combined with locking plate in the treatment of long bone re-fracture of extremities. Methods A total of 110 patients with long bone fractures of the extremities who were admitted to our hospital from April to May 20,2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,55 patients in each group. Taking the plate locking treatment,the research team combined with the plate locking treatment on the basis of the plate locking treatment,the postoperative medical staff guided the functional exercise of all patients,the medical imaging observation of the patient's recovery,and the followup assessment of the patient's related concurrency Incidence rate. Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96. 4% higher than that in the control group ( 83. 6%)( P < 0. 05). The complication rate was 16. 4% in the study group and 49. 1% in the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The use of slotted bone graft combined with locking plate for the treatment of patients with long bone fractures of the extremities can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with long bone re-fractures and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical use.
