加味益肾强骨汤联合三步推拿点穴法对膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能的影响

Effect of Jiawei Yishenqianggu Decoction combined with three-step massage and acupoint on knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的分析加味益肾强骨汤联合三步推拿点穴法对膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能的影响。方法将我院97例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分组,对照组48例予三步推拿点穴手法,观察组加用加味益肾强骨汤,对比两组患者膝关节功能。结果观察组HSS评分高于对照组,VAS评分及中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味益肾强骨汤联合三步推拿点穴法可有效缓解膝骨性关节炎患者关节疼痛等症状,改善膝关节功能,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of Jiawei Yishenqianggu Decoction combined with three-step massage on acupuncture point on knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 97 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital were randomly divided into groups. 48 patients in the control group were given a three-step massage point acupuncture method. The observation group was treated with Jiawei Yishenqianggu Decoction to compare the knee joint function of the two groups. Results The HSS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score and TCM syndrome score were lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jiawei Yishenqianggu Decoction combined with three-step massage acupoint method can effectively relieve joint pain and other symptoms in patients with knee osteoarthritis and improve knee function. It is worthy of promotion.
