超声评估胎儿胸腺异常的临床应用

The clinical application of ultrasound in the evaluation of fetal thymus abnormalities

目的用超声检测胎儿胸腺以评估胎儿胸腺的发育状态,辅助临床评估胎儿胸腺是否发育异常。方法应用线性回归法结合P值研究2016年1月-2017年1月在我院接受产前检测的90名单胎孕妇胎儿胸腺二维及三维检测结果与孕周的相关性,分析如何依据检测结果评价胎儿胸腺发育状态。结果胎儿胸腺前后径、横径、周长、面积和体积超声检测结果与孕周具有线性相关性。结论依据超声检测结果可为临床评估胎儿胸腺异常提供一些依据。

Objective To evaluate the development status of fetal thymus and assist the clinical evaluation of fetal thymus. Methods The application of linear regression method in combination with P values research in January 2016 -January 2017 in our hospital for prenatal detection of 90 singleton fetus thymus 2 d and 3 d detection results and the correlation of gestational age,analyzing how to fetal thymus development status on the basis of test results evaluation. Results The results of ultrasonography of the fetus were linearly correlated with the week of pregnancy. Conclusion The results can provide some basis for clinical assessment of fetal thymus abnormalities.
