Research Progress of TGF- beta and Related Signal Pathways in Premature Infants with Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia

摘要 随着早产儿抢救成功率的不断提高,支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)已成为新生儿重症监护病房常见难治性疾病之一。BPD的发病机制及防治方法是目前新生儿医学的研究热点。转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)可诱导肺泡上皮细胞向间质细胞转化,与肺细胞发育分化及某些肺部疾病有密切关系。本文就TGF-β及相关信号通路与早产儿支气管肺发育不良的相关性研究进展予以综述。 With the continuous increasing of the successfully rescue rate of premature infants,bronchopulmonary dysplasia ( BPD) has become one of the most common refractory diseases in the neonatal intensive care unit. The pathogenesis and prevention of BPD is a hot topic of neonatal medicine. Transforming growth factor-beta( TGF-β) can induce the transformation of alveolar epithelial cells into mesenchymal cells,which is closely related to the development and differentiation of lung cells and some lung diseases. This article is about the research progress of the correlation between TGF-βand related signaling pathways and bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants.
