芩连利咽合剂的祛痰和调节免疫药效学研究

Study on Expectorant and Immunopharmacodynamics of Qinlian Liyan Mixture

目的:研究医院自制制剂芩连利咽合剂祛痰和调节免疫的药效学。方法:昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,随机分组:空白对照组(蒸馏水)、阳性对照组、芩连利咽合剂低(10 g·kg^(-1))、中(20 g·kg^(-1))、高(40 g·kg^(-1))剂量组。检测各组小鼠给药后对气管段酚红排泌、网状内皮系统吞噬功能及对2,4-二硝基氯苯致小鼠迟发型皮肤超敏反应的影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,芩连利咽合剂中、高剂量显著增强小鼠气管酚红排泌作用(P<0.01);芩连利咽合剂各剂量均能显著增高小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬功能、显著抑制2,4-二硝基氯苯致小鼠迟发型皮肤超敏反应(P<0.01)。结论:芩连利咽合剂具有显著祛痰和调节免疫的作用。

Objective: To study the expectorant and immunopharmacodynamics effects of Qinlian Liyan mixture prepared by the hospital. Methods: Kunming mice,half male and half female,were randomly divided into the following groups: the blank control group( distilled water),the positive control group,and low( 10 g·kg^-1),medium( 20 g·kg^-1) and high( 40 g·kg^-1) dose groups of Qinlian Liyan mixture. The effects of administration on phenol red excretion in trachea,phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system and delay-type skin hypersensitivity induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene in mice were tested. Results: Compared with the blank control group,Qinlian Liyan mixture significantly enhanced the secretion of phenol red in trachea of mice in medium and high dose groups( P < 0. 01);each dose group of Qinlian Liyan mixture could extraordinarily increase the phagocytic function of reticuloendothelial system in mice( P < 0. 01),and notably inhibit the delayed skin hypersensitivity induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene in mice( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Qinlian Liyan mixture shows significant expectorant and immunopharmacodynamics effects.
