摘要
目的:探讨3种不同麻醉方法下尿动力学结果的差异及尿动力学检测的麻醉方法选择的依据。方法:将24只SD大鼠随机分为3组,每组8只:尿动力学检测前不采用任何麻醉方法的清醒组,采用乌拉坦麻醉后行尿动力学检测的乌拉坦组,异氟烷吸入麻醉后行尿动力学检测的异氟烷组。尿动力学检测仪记录膀胱压力改变曲线和直肠测压腹压改变曲线并进行分析。比较3组间尿动力学参数的差异。结果:膀胱压力曲线提示清醒组在排尿前出现明显的多个小的收缩波峰,而乌拉坦组排尿前压力提升速度较其他两组快;清醒组的最大膀胱压比异氟烷组明显升高;异氟烷组最大膀胱容量较其他两组明显增加,且3组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);膀胱漏尿点压、残余尿量差异无统计学意义,两麻醉组腹腔压力几乎无波动。结论:大鼠尿动力学检测在常用的乌拉坦、异氟烷麻醉和清醒3种状态下得到的部分尿动力学参数差异有统计学意义,本研究为不同研究目的及动物模型选择合理麻醉方法提供理论依据。
Objective: To investigate the difference results of urine dynamics among three different anesthesia methods in rats to provide basis for the selection of anesthetic methods for urodynamic testing. Methods: Totally 24 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Conscious group without anesthesia,urethane group after urethane anesthesia,and isoflurane group after isoflurane inhalation anesthesia were performed urodynamic test. The urine dynamics tester recorded the changes in the bladder pressure curve and rectal manometry pressure. The differences in urodynamic parameters among the three groups were compared. Results: The bladder pressure curve showed multiple small systolic crests before urination in the conscious group,while the urination pre-urea pressure increased faster in the urethane group than in the other two groups. The maximal bladder pressure in the conscious group was significantly higher than that in isoflurane group. The maximum bladder capacity in isoflurane group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups,and there was statistically significant difference among the three groups( P < 0. 05). However,there were no statistical differences in the bladder leak point pressures and residual urine volume among the three groups. And the abdominal pressure in urethane group and isoflurane group was stable. Conclusion: The urodynamic parameters in rats are different among the commonly used conditions of urethane,isoflurane anesthesia and consciousness. The study provides theoretical basis for the selection of reasonable anaesthesia methods for different research purposes and animal models.
