鼻内镜术后鱼腥草滴鼻液与糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合局部应用对鼻黏膜CD4^+及CD8^+ T细胞分布的影响 被引量:14

Influence of Tropical Treatment with Yuxing Cao Nasal Drops Combined with Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray After Endoscopic Sinus Surgery on Mucosal CD4^+ and CD8^+ T Lymphocytes Distribution

摘要 目的:探讨鼻内镜术后鱼腥草滴鼻液与糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合局部应用对患者鼻黏膜CD4^+及CD8^+T淋巴细胞分布情况的影响。方法:46例行鼻内镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎和(或)鼻息肉患者随机分为3组:鱼腥草滴鼻液+糠酸莫米松鼻喷组、糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾组、鱼腥草滴鼻液组,鼻内镜术后给予相应治疗,3个月后评估患者术后治疗有效率,以及黏膜CD4^+、CD8^+细胞数及CD4^+/CD8^+比值。结果:鱼腥草滴鼻液+糠酸莫米松鼻喷组术后病情完全控制率优于其他两组(P<0.05或P<0.01);CD4^+/CD8^+比值增加也明显高于其他两组(P<0.05);CD4^+细胞数增加和CD8^+细胞数降低程度较鱼腥草滴鼻液组明显(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜术后鱼腥草滴鼻液与糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合局部应用,较局部单用以上两种药物有更好疗效,能显著改善鼻黏膜T淋巴细胞分布情况,促进鼻黏膜免疫功能恢复,对鼻内镜术后鼻黏膜修复及预后具有积极意义。 Objective: To observe the influence of tropical treatment with Yuxing Cao nasal drops combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray after endoscopic sinus surgery on mucosal CD4^+and CD8^+T lymphocytes distribution. Methods: Totally 46 patients with chronic sinusitis and/or nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into 3 groups: Yuxing Cao nasal drops combined with mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray,mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray alone and Yuxing Cao nasal drops alone. After 3 months,the effective rate of postoperative treatment was evaluated,and the numbers of CD4^+and CD8^+ cell and the CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio of the samples were measured by immunohistochemistry. Results: The control rate of the postoperative disease of the combination treatment group was superior to that of the single drug treatment groups( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The increase of CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio was more obvious in the combination treatment group than that in the single drug treatment groups( P < 0. 05),the increase of CD4+cell number and the decrease of CD8^+ cell number were more obvious in the combination treatment group than those in Yuxing Cao nasal drops treatment group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Compare with single drug treatment groups,the combination treatment group is more effective,which significantly improves the distribution of T lymphocytes in nasal mucosa,and promotes the recovery of nasal mucosa immune function.
