白头翁皂苷抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

Advances in Anti-tumor Effects of Pulsatilla Saponins

白头翁皂苷是从中药白头翁中提取的具有多种生物活性的天然产物。药理研究表明,白头翁皂苷的抗肿瘤作用具有广谱高效等特点,其机制涉及阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡、抗血管生成活性、诱导细胞分化、增强肿瘤细胞的敏感性、逆转癌细胞耐药以及调控多种信号通路等。本文主要综述了白头翁皂苷对消化系统、血液系统及其他系统的抗肿瘤作用及相关机制的研究进展,为加速其抗肿瘤新药研发提供理论依据。

Pulsatilla saponins are natural products with a variety of biological activities extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Pulsatillae. Pharmacological studies have shown that the anti-tumor effect of Pulsatilla saponins is characterized by broad-spectrum and high-efficiency. The mechanism involves blocking cell cycle,inducing apoptosis,anti-angiogenic activity,inducing cell differentiation,enhancing tumor cell sensitivity,reversing cancer cell resistance and regulating and controlling a variety of signaling pathways. The review summarized the research progress in anti-tumor effects and related mechanisms of Pulsatilla saponins in digestive system,blood system and the other systems in order to provide theoretical basis for accelerating the development of new anti-tumor drugs.
