摘要
目的探讨高频超声在诊断类风湿性关节炎(RA)病变中的意义。方法 80例早期类风湿性关节炎患者,分别使用高频超声检查和磁共振成像(MRI)检测,比较两种方法的检查结果。结果对80例患者的1321个关节进行检查,高频超声检测出滑膜炎1041个(78.80%),骨侵蚀740个(56.02%),关节积液401个(30.36%),肌腱腱鞘炎337个(25.51%);MRI检测出滑膜炎1038个(78.58%),骨侵蚀747个(56.55%),关节积液400个(30.28%),肌腱腱鞘炎339个(25.66%);高频超声检查与MRI检查结果比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频超声作为先进无创伤的检查手段在类风湿性关节炎病变中的检出率与MRI基本相当,可以作为类风湿性关节炎的可靠检查手段。
Objective To discuss the significance of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 80 rheumatoid arthritis patients were examined by high frequency ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), and the results of the two methods were compared. Results The 1321 joints of 80 patients were examined, with 1041 synovitis(78.80%), 740 bone erosion(56.02%), 401 joint effusions(30.36%), and 337 tenosynovitis(25.51%) by high frequency ultrasound, and 1038 synovitis(78.58%), 747 bone erosion(56.55%), 400 joint effusions(30.28%), and 339 tenosynovitis(25.66%) by MRI. There was no significant difference between the results of high-frequency ultrasound and MRI(P>0.05). Conclusion As an advanced non-invasive examination method, high-frequency ultrasound can be used as a reliable examination method for rheumatoid arthritis, and its detection rate in the basic lesions of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is basically the same as that of MRI.
