头颈面部穴位按摩治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of acupoint massage on head and neck in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke

目的探讨头颈面部穴位按摩治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法 65例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,采用随机抽签法分为对照组(35例)和观察组(30例)。对照组患者采用针刺和吞咽康复训练,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行头颈面部穴位按摩。比较两组患者治疗前后标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评分。结果治疗前,两组患者SAA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者SAA评分为(23.45±2.35)分,明显低于对照组的(28.42±3.60)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中后吞咽障碍疾病患者配合头颈面部穴位按摩,能更好改善患者恢复期吞咽障碍问题,提高患者生活质量,具有积极的推广意义。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of acupoint massage on head and neck in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods A total of 65 dysphagia patients after stroke were divided by random lottery method into control group(35 cases) and observation group(30 cases). The control group received rehabilitation training of acupuncture and swallowing, and the observation group received acupoint massage of head and neck and face on the basis of the control group. The standardized swallowing assessment(SSA) score before and after treatment in two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in SSA score(P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group had obviously lower SAA score as(23.45±2.35) points than(28.42±3.60) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with dysphagia after stroke, acupoint massage of head and neck and face can better improve the problem of dysphagia in convalescent period, and improve the quality of life of patients. It has a positive promotion significance.
