摘要
沼液的养分浓缩和体积的减量化是其高效利用的前提。研究了不同条件下反渗透膜对预处理后沼液的浓缩效果,比较了不同反渗透膜操作压力、沼液初始pH值、沼液温度以及不同体积浓缩倍数对沼液浓缩的影响及规律。在此基础上,通过正交试验综合考虑体积浓缩速率、主要养分浓度和养分截留率,得出最适宜的反渗透膜浓缩条件为:操作压力为3500 k Pa、沼液温度为35℃,初始pH值为5. 0。
The nutrient concentration and volume reduction of the biogas slurry are preconditions of the high value utilization of biogas slurry. This paper investigated the effect of reverse osmosis membrane on pretreated biogas slurry concentration under different conditions,and the influence of different operation pressure of reverse osmosis membrane,initial pH value of the biogas slurry,biogas slurry temperature and volume concentration multiple of biogas slurry and their laws were compared. On this basis,orthogonal experiments were carried out. Taking the volume concentration rate,main nutrient concentration and nutrient retention rate into account,the optimum conditions for reverse osmosis membrane were as follows: operating pressure of3500 k Pa,temperature of biogas slurry of 35 ℃,initial pH value of biogas slurry of 5. 0.
