表达禽流感病毒HA2-DEC205的减毒沙门菌DNA疫苗载体的构建与初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 构建表达H9N2亚型禽流感病毒HA2蛋白的延迟裂解型重组减毒沙门菌χ11218(pYA4545-HA2-DEC205-sec)和χ11218(pYA4545-HA2-DEC205-dimer-sec),将其免疫小鼠,通过流式细胞术检测免疫细胞的变化。结果表明,沙门菌χ11218(pYA4545-HA2-DEC205-dimer-sec)能够提高CD3+CD4+T细胞分泌细胞因子IL-4、IFN-γ的水平。这说明重组沙门菌免疫小鼠能够激活机体的免疫系统,诱导发生一定的免疫反应。 The regulated delayed lysis recombinant attenuated Salmonella χ11218(pYA4545-HA2-DEC-205-sec)and χ1218(pYA4545-HA2-DEC205-dimer-sec)expressing HA2 protein of H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus were constructed.Mice were immunized with both strains and the immune responses were determined by flow cytometry.The results showed that the recombinant Salmonella strains could increase the levels of IL-4 and IFN-y secreted by CD3^+CD4^+T cells,indicating that the immunization with recombinant Salmonella could activate host immune system and induce the occurrence of certain immune responses.
