摘要
西安丝绸之路国际会展中心项目中,对幕墙钢吊柱龙骨安装过程进行有限元静力性能仿真分析,分析主体结构的沉降变形会影响幕墙结构稳定性、主体结构的变形对幕墙安装的标高控制影响,现场精确分析每根幕墙钢吊柱的变形量,进行测量精度、构件制作变形及现场拼装变形的控制,钢吊柱采用分段加工、分段吊装的方式完成施工,解决了立柱截面高度大、施工过程中荷载不断变化、变形量难以控制等难题。
The installation process of steel suspension column keel of curtain wall in Xi' an Silk Road International Convention and Exhibition Center is simulated and analyzed by finite element analysis. The settlement deformation of main structure will affect the stability of curtain wall structure and the deformation of main structure will affect the elevation control of curtain wall installation. The deformation of each curtain wall steel hanger column is accurately analyzed on site to control the measurement accuracy, component fabrication deformation and on-site assembly deformation. The steel suspension column is processed in sections and hoisted in sections. It solves the problems of large section height of columns, changing load and difficult to control deformation during construction.
