摘要
首先对上海某高层改建项目概况及周边环境进行概述,项目基坑周边环境复杂,需对周边环境进行安全监测;然后介绍邻房安全监测,并对沧州大楼安全监测方案和监测结果进行重点介绍和详细分析;最后对既有建筑的地基承载力、地基基础加固方案、锚杆静压桩竖向承载力、竖向荷载传递路径、基础托换施工流程及施工过程等内容进行针对性的分析和说明。
The general situation and surrounding environment of a high-rise reconstruction project locates in Shanghai are summarized in this paper firstly, the surrounding environment of the project foundation excavation is complex, and safety monitoring of the surrounding environment is required. Then, the safety monitoring of its adjacent blocks are sketched out, and the monitoring scheme and results of Cangzhou building are introduced in detail. Finally, the foundation bearing capacity of Cangzhou buildings, foundation reinforcement scheme, vertical bearing capacity of static anchor piles, vertical load transferring path , and the foundation underpinning construction process is analyzed and explained.
