The Anti-corruption Mechanism in Qing Dynasty and Its Contemporary Insight

清代反腐坚持法治与德治"双管齐下",并建立了相对完整的法律和监察体制惩治和监督腐败,同时还强调物质与精神激励并举、倡导官员廉洁从政。这启示我们新时代做好反腐工作,要建立科学合理的法律制度,保障领导干部正当权益;加强领导干部监管,造就"三严三实"干部队伍;注重领导干部政德建设,树立正确的权力观。

The rulers of the Qing Dynasty attached importance to the rectification of the officials, made the anti-corruption work a priority, suppressed and disintegrated the corruption circles, and strictly controlled group corruption;adhered to the rule of law and the rule of virtue, and established a rclatixely complete legal and supervisory system;and emphasized material and spiritual incentives, and advocated the integrity of otticials. These measures have certain practical significance for the current anti-corriiption work. In the new era, we must do a good job in fighting against corruption;establish a scientific and rational legjil system;protect the legitimate rights and interests of the leading officials;strengthen the supervision of' the leading officials, and build a contingent of disciplined and diligent officials;and pay attention to building political ethics of the leading officials and establish a correct vieu of power.
