摘要
研究机制砂混凝土和河砂混凝土在不同砂率下的工作性能和力学性能,结果表明当砂率为45%时,河砂混凝土性能较优;当砂率为51%时,机制砂混凝土的性能较优;使用Z-专用外加剂可改善河砂和机制砂混凝土的工作性.且不影响抗压强度;在工作性能相近情况下机制砂混凝土的孔隙率低于河砂混凝土。
In this paper, the performance and mechanical properties of manufactured sand concrete and river sand concrete under different sand rates are systematically studied. The results show that:When sand rate is 45%, the performance and mechanical properties of river sand concrete are better. When the sand rate is 51%, the working performance and mechanical properties of machine-made sand concrete are better. The use of Z-special additive can improve the workability of river sand and machine-made sand concrete without affecting the compressive strength of concrete. The pore structure and distribution of river sand and manufactured sand concrete were analyzed by mercury intrusion method,and the porosity of machine-made sand concrete is lower than that of river sand concrete under similar working performance.
