高职院校意识形态教育现状及对策

Status Quo of Ideological Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对高职院校师生主流意识的认同现状和意识形态的教育现状的调查可知,主流意识形态的认同状况整体较好,但存在一些突出矛盾和困惑.这是社会因素和高职院校自身因素综合作用的结果.高职院校应通过强化党委政治责任和领导责任,提高预测监控引领能力,搭建“工学结合”培养模式下意识形态教育运行体系,创新意识形态教育的方法,构建高素质意识形态工作队伍,来打好意识形态教育的组合拳.

A survey of the status quo of higher vocational college teachers and students' mainstream consciousness recognition and the ideological Education shows that the former is better overall, but there are some serious contradictions , which result from the effects of the factors both in society and colleges. So a series of measures are suggested to carry out the Ideological Education, such as strengthen the political and leadership responsibility of Party Committees,improve the ability of forecasting,monitoring and leading,set up operation system of Ideological Education under the" Work - Study Combination" placement mode, reform and innovate the methods of ideological education and build up a high-quality ideological workforce.
